Biografía
José Enrique Colimba is a multilingual educator with over six years of teaching experience in English, Spanish, and French. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Multilingual Pedagogy from the Central University of Ecuador and a master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE). His areas of expertise include linguistics, sociolinguistics, and a specialization in phonetics, fields in which he applies his knowledge to both academic research and teaching practices.
José also pursued studies in the United States, having earned a prestigious scholarship in 2014 sponsored by the U.S. government to attend the University of Virginia, where he completed advanced training in teacher preparation and human rights. He is proficient in English (C1 IELTS) and French (B2) and is currently learning his fourth language, Italian. A passionate educator, he is committed to fostering linguistic and cultural understanding, leveraging his extensive academic background and international experience to inspire his students and colleagues alike.
