The inauguration for the winners of the merit and opposition contest for faculty and administrative positions of Yachay Tech University was held at the library. The main authorities of the university, including the Rector, deans and members of the Supervisory and Institutional Strengthening Commission (CIFI) attended the event.
José María Lalama, PhD., Rector of Yachay Tech and president of the CIFI, led the ceremony and congratulated the new faculty from the different schools and the administrative staff. This is the final stage of the hiring process that began in September 2021 and that is part of the institutionalization process carried out by the university.

The event ended with the signing of the minutes and presentation of institutional identity cards to all the winners of the contest. In addition, the first authority spoke and thanked the different departments that took part in the process and proudly expressed being a member of Yachay Tech, which means joining a university of great prestige at a local, national and international level from its very first years of life.
With these actions, Yachay Tech seeks to raise awareness of the management carried out in science, technology and research issues to build a better university and benefit students and society.
