The winners of the election process of representatives of the Academic Staff to the Superior University Council were given their ID cards at Yachay Tech University. The Electoral Board of Yachay Tech University has fully complied with the Internal Regulations for the election of representatives of the Academic Staff to the Superior University Council, thus climbing one more step in the institutionalization process.
During his speech, Manuel Coronel, PhD., President of the Electoral Board (e), thanked the members of the Supervisory and Institutional Strengthening Commission (CIFI) for guaranteeing the transparent development of this phase of the electoral process and the university community for actively participating in this new stage. Finally, he congratulated the winners for achieving this honorable distinction for the good of the university.
Subsequently, the resolution proclaiming the results was read aloud: Resolution No. JE-SE-14 No. 0015-2022 of the Electoral Board of Yachay Tech University, which resolved: “Sole Article. – PROCLAIM the results of the voting carried out on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, for the elections of the academic staff to the Higher University Council, in which the following results were obtained: List A: 56 total valid votes”.
In this way, the candidates of the “A” List, sponsored by the “Yachay Tech Unit Movement” were declared winners of the elections to representatives of the academic staff to the Higher University Council of Yachay Tech University. After that, the ID cards were delivered to each of the winners by the highest authority of the university.

Today is the day that we swear in those who will carry on their shoulders the great responsibility of making the transcendental decisions for the future of this great institution.” “We have jointly taken one more step towards a promising future because it is all of you who have decided democratically who will represent us after a transparent and clear process.” He ended his speech congratulating the winners.
Lola De Lima, PhD., Principal Member “Yachay Tech Unit Movement”, expressed her gratitude to the CIFI Members, the Electoral Board and her fellow professors, stating the eternal commitment of each of the members to the university, who seek to eagerly serve science and research.
With these actions, Yachay Tech University demonstrates its commitment to the institutionalization process to build a better university and serve for the benefit of students and society.
