Short Bio

Luis Corredor was born in Maracaibo – Zulia State, Venezuela. He studied at the University of Zulia, where he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Chemistry in 2006. In 2009 he had the opportunity to work at the Venezuelan Institute of Technological Research, where he worked as a researcher for more than 5 years, since then he has developed great interest in fields such as X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and Nanotechnology. For three consecutive years after 2011 he attended the University of Montpellier 2 in France as a postgraduate student of the binational cooperation project France-Venezuela, where he expanded his knowledge about the synthesis, characterization and manipulation of carbon nanotubes grown with preferential orientation, on the other hand during his master studies he was dedicated to study of the catalytic conditions on carbon nanotubes synthesis, in  2016 he obtained his Master Degree in Chemistry at the University of Zulia, later he emigrated to Ecuador and he currently works as a laboratory technician in the school of physical sciences and nanotechnology of the Experimental Technology Research University YACHAY TECH.
