CORTE PROVINCIAL DE JUSTICIA FALLA A FAVOR DE YACHAY TECH

La Coordinación Jurídica de la Universidad defendió a la institución en la audiencia de apelación de la acción de protección interpuesta en su contra. Finalmente, el Tribunal de la Sala Multicompetente de la Corte Provincial de Justicia de Imbabura resolvió desechar el recurso de apelación interpuesto por la parte accionante, confirmó la sentencia dictada en la primera audiencia del 18 de abril de 2019 y determinó que no existió vulneración de derechos constitucionales alegados.

La Universidad de Investigación de Tecnología Experimental Yachay ratifica su accionar apegado a las leyes, la Constitución del Ecuador y sigue avanzando hacia la institucionalización.
