{"id":17758,"date":"2019-04-19T00:58:04","date_gmt":"2019-04-19T00:58:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yachaytech.edu.ec\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=17758"},"modified":"2024-08-26T02:19:37","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T02:19:37","slug":"audiencia-de-accion-constitucional-de-proteccion","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"http:\/\/yachaytech.edu.ec\/en\/noticia\/audiencia-de-accion-constitucional-de-proteccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Audiencia de Acci\u00f3n Constitucional de Protecci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">18 de abril de 2019<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informamos que el d\u00eda de hoy, 18 de abril de 2019, los representantes de la Universidad de Investigaci\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00eda Experimental Yachay, Senescyt y la Procuradur\u00eda General del Estado comparecieron a la audiencia de Acci\u00f3n Constitucional de Protecci\u00f3n en su contra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez concluida la audiencia y presentados los argumentos y las pruebas por ambas partes, el juez multicompetente determin\u00f3 que no existi\u00f3 vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos constitucionales alegados por los demandantes.
