Gabriel Díaz Haro

Gabriel Díaz Haro is a biophysicist who earned his degree in Agricultural Engineering from ESPE University in Ecuador. He then pursued a Master’s in Physics of Condensed Matter and Biological Systems at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where he developed an interest in lipid bilayers and their experimental interactions with proteins.

Seeking a deeper understanding of biological phenomena from a physics perspective, he obtained a degree in Physics from the University of Toulouse in 2023. In 2025, he completed his second Master’s degree, in Fundamental and Applied Physics with a specialization in “Physique et mécanique du vivant”, also at the University of Toulouse, furthering his focus on biophysics. His current research interests focus on the use of molecular dynamics simulations to study systems composed of lipid bilayers and proteins.
